Sean Carter is probably on top of my idol list.I can relate to the dude in so many ways.Whether it be coming from no where to wanting to be on top of the food chain or just having that determination and street smarts to put your name on the map.I’ve been reading all these success stories in the last hour or so and have made me think about where im standing at right now and where I want to be in 5-10 years.It had be thinking short term and long term.Reading all this bullshit on the newspapers and seeing all this bullshit on the TV helped me realize that a regular 9-5 can’t support a family anymore.Plus, the way I dreamed on living my life doesn’t help either.I want to live comfortably and wealthy and I doubt a job at the local grocery store won’t help me achieve the life I want to live.Im tryin’ to love it alive.I think I spoil myself with too much materialistic shit that I don’t really need but then again it is my life and its the way I want to live.I figured that im only going to be on this earth once and I might as well make the best of it.If you the type of person that believes money can’t buy happiness then your a goddamn fool.This whole world revolves around money and without it, your a nobody.

This whole blog just came from the fact that I was reading lotta’ shit about business and entrepreneurs.I don’t know, now a days it seems like you really have to know whats going on with the world in order to live decent.Shit ain’t the way it was 10 years ago.Im picking myself up a book and start reading cause our generation, “Generation X”, has got to survive this shit hole our country has dug up.Im climbing up that ladder and staying on top of that food chain.

FUCK YEAH! As you all read in my previous posts, the team are heading out to Palm Springs for a tournament this weekend.We take off tomorrow in the morning and have all weekend to wild out! AND try to win that damn tournament.Didn’t really do much today other than to prepare my shit for Palm Springs.Bought 2 shorts from Old Navy but 1 of them was too big so im going to have to return it when I get back on Sunday.Anyways, ill leave yall with a full blog on Monday regarding the shit that went down at Palm Springs!

Today was definitely a chill day.I woke up around 7 30 to head over to Glendale just so I can go back to sleep at 10 and wake up at 12 30.I had practice from 4-6 but it wasn’t really a practice, more of a shoot around to prevent any of us from getting hurt since we have a tournament coming up this weekend in Palm Springs.Speaking of Palm Springs, I can’t fucking wait! I don’t know why but it just seems like its going to be very fun.

After practice, Yanne scooped me up so I can get my membership at Ballys.That shit is cheap man im only going to be paying 20 a month.I couldn’t pass up on a deal like that! and plus, ive been wanting to work out ever since I stopped about a month ago because I had no gym to use.I will be in there everyday except weekends from now on.Expect to see me there foreal! After signing up, we waited till Josh got out of work and then we headed out to Ballys in Hollywood.That gym is dope as fuck! Worked out for about an hour and went back home.Now im sitting here on the computer playing MOBSTERS on Myspace! haha how lame is that but its actually isn’t all that bad. JOIN MY MOB YOU FUCKERS!

Well, im about to sign off and call it a day.

VICTORY! We played Harvard-Westlake today and won.They didn’t have their full squad but it was still a good win on our part.The score was like 58-54 although our lead was much bigger than that but turnovers,mistakes,and missed free throws allowed them to cut it short.Anyways, it was a good game to take with us going into that tournament in Palm Springs.Im fuckin excited as fuck!

Chilled with Diji and Celena after my game.Were planning on going to San Diego in August for my and Diji’s birthday.Some wild shit is about to go down if we actually go through with it.Damn son, im getting more and more excited for my birthday.Im selling some of my shit just so I have money when the time comes around.Hit me up if your interested in some sneakers cause I got some shit to sell.

So whats been happening with me since the last time I blogged you ask? Not much really.I was really disappointed with the fact that we weren’t able to fly out to the Philippines for my uncle’s funeral due to some personal reasons.The best we were able to do was to send out money that amounted to about 22,500 Pesos but I figured it was better then not giving at all.Damn it seems like shit has been hitting people lately.I just learned that a friend of mine just lost his father.My condolences to you my friend.Well, I figured i’d look at it this way; “thats one more person thats going to be there looking out for me at all times.”

On a brighter note; we (hoover high varsity basketball team) leave for Palm Springs this Friday for a tournament and im pretty damn excited to be honest.I’ve been teamates with these guys since the 9th grade and have been friends with some of them since elementary school.Some wild shits about to pop off when we get there! Well thats Friday but we still have a few things to take care of before we leave.Speaking of taking care of things, we have a big game against Harvard-Westlake this week and im pumped to play.

Anyways, im going to really try to fill this blog up on a daily basis since I don’t sleep until 3-4 in the morning now a days.Goodbye to you and yours!

How ironic is this? Just last night I was with Joseph and Sheena talking about how I couldn’t keep up with writing in my blog everyday because nothing interesting happens to me on a daily basis.All of a sudden I get a call the next morning from my mom’s sister in the Philippines telling me that her brother had just passed away in the morning due to a heart attack.I just can’t believe it.He used to take care of me and take me to places when I was living in the Philippines.I honestly don’t remember too much of him but I remember enough to mourn.I honestly shed a tear when my aunt told me about the tragic news.Hopefully we can buy some plane tickets and fly to the Philippines for his funeral service.

I’ve always wanted to go back home to the motherland but never for a funeral service.
